Being There for the Talon Tribe in Times of Need

The service and dedication the RBCC employees (Talon Tribe) provide to the RBCC is greatly appreciated, and the relationship that exists between the Talon Tribe and RBCC makes the club even more special. The value they bring, and the perfection they strive for, distinguishes RBCC from other clubs.

The Grants in Aid Committee shall, through the 1925 Eagle Foundation (Foundation), recommend grants to provide financial assistance to RBCC employees, their families, and dependents (the “RBCC Beneficiaries”).  The charitable aid is intended to relieve economic hardship and financial crises suffered by the RBCC Beneficiaries from death, injury, illness, abuse, accident, natural disaster, or other personal or family emergencies.

The 1925 Eagle  Foundation, is a 501(c)(3) Not-for-Profit Corporation, formed to “Be There” in the event disaster, emergency, or hardship strikes for those who work at RBCC or live in the surrounding community. It is the Foundation’s goal to be in position, through grants of financial aid, to help meet the economic challenges that often accompany personal crisis.
